In less than 90 days, Simplifyy overhauled Brighton Creek’s leasing process, increasing applications and move-ins by 106% and 111%, respectively. 100% of the tours were virtual or self-tours.
Brighton Crossing is a new, luxury apartment community featuring 168 units, including studios, one and two-bedroom apartments, and no amenities. The property is owned by an investment group and is a mixture of new and older buildings. The newest buildings were recently built on the property, and Simplifyy was asked to work with the developer and finish leasing up the new buildings.

Using data from Google, Matterport, and the National Multifamily Housing Council, lease conversion rates increase by 86% when prospects self-tour properties than when they are escorted by an agent or staff.
