Christina heads the resident communication team at Simplifyy. She works with the 24/7 resident communication team to make sure every resident is heard when they have something they need to talk about. Her experience heading communication teams helps our team better serve you and your Simplifyy Community better by allowing us to ask the right questions to help you solve your problems.

Mariana helps ensure our residents have zero hurdles when it comes to paying their rent. If you do run into any issues, Mariana works with you directly to help you get back on track. Mariana brings her experience to our team and helps us identify issues that residents have with rent payment and bills, that way we can make sure you have a stress-free experience at a Simplifyy Property.

Collin is our daytime resident communication specialist, have questions about touring, applications, rent, maintenance, or anything else, he’s your man. Directly communicating with you and our other teams, Collin can help you get your problems solved. If you have a maintenance request, he will help you record the problem and place a maintenance request ticket to ensure our maintenance team can quickly respond to your needs.

Veronica is our leasing expert at Simplifyy and she helps you when you’re interested in a Simplifyy Community and helps pave a path so you can all that community home.
