Tegethoff Development Taps Simplifyy to Manage Indianapolis Properties

March 23, 2021

KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- March 23, 2021 - Tegethoff Development, a leading real estate developer headquartered in Indianapolis, has selected Simplifyy to manage six Indianapolis properties.

Simplifyy, based in Kansas City, is a technology company that has integrated all core functions of property management into a single software platform. The solution is the first in the country that allows multifamily property owners to use one service instead of multiple software packages for different tasks. As a result, Simplifyy creates efficiencies, lowers operating costs and enhances the rental experience.

“We’re focused on creating best-in-class properties and are excited about working with Simplifyy to provide a great experience for our residents -- while creating efficiencies for us," said Jeff Tegethoff, principal of Tegethoff Development.

Simplifyy was born out of first-hand frustrations managing multifamily properties. The founders saw how the traditional approach left both residents and staff frustrated, so they developed Simplifyy, even beta-testing on their own properties.

“We’re replacing the traditional business model with a solution that leverages software and industry veterans to streamline property management,” said CEO and co-founder Jake Lisby. “In addition to managing the property, Simplifyy gives owners better data in real time while providing residents with a great experience.”

For owners, Simplifyy:

  • Integrates smart home tech which proactively identifies potential problems like moisture or appliance wear and tear
  • Replaces multiple disparate pieces of software with one that is fully integrated
  • Offers a real-time line-of-sight to all maintenance issues
  • Delivers 24/7 access to property performance and financial data

Simplifyy continues to expand in the Indianapolis MSA and several major metropolitan areas.
